PC, Mac and Linux
Steam is the only confirmed storefront. The game supports Windows 10 version 21H1 or newer, macOS Big Sur 11 or newer, and Ubuntu 22.04 or newer. It also lists Steam Cloud and Family Sharing, but no cross-platform save transfer.
The full game’s language support currently lists English and Russian, while the demo supports eleven interface languages. That discrepancy may change at launch; check the store page before buying if you need a specific language.
Steam Deck
There is no official Steam Deck Verified rating at the time of writing. The presence of a native Linux build is encouraging, but verification also covers controller support, text readability and suspend/resume behavior. Hull Rupture is a mouse-heavy management game, so a controller layout may be the bigger question than raw performance.
If you want to test it, install the free demo through Steam and see how the UI feels on the Deck. Do not assume the demo’s performance reflects the full release, especially in late waves.

Android and iOS: there is no mobile version
There is no official Hull Rupture mobile game. Every APK, MOD APK or “download Hull Rupture for Android” page is unaffiliated. Those pages often bundle malware or adware and use the game’s name to farm search traffic. Do not install them.
